Running diesel generator at night. smoke and insanely loud

Contravenes all highway laws and the volume of the generator is highly antisocial . the unit is dangerous. offensive and not allowed on the highest. the volume exceeds all local laws nationally and locally. There are fours caravans. it is the one in the middle. you cannot argue you can't find it as it's the one with a large orange diesel generator on the road. the what three words location is stands.third.magma
