Meatal ramps

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8465662.

There are mental ramps drilled into a public highway which prevents the flow of water and has caused a hazzard by not allowing the water to drain as should has damaged the integrity of the gutter wich should not under any circumstance be blocked
