Burst water main icing pavement

Reported via mobile in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 07:31, Wed 26 November 2025

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8465707.

There is a leak from a water pipe outside the post office on sandy park Road, which I appreciate is Bristol Waters Asset, but in the cold weather it has frozen over the pavement making a very slippy surface which I am concerned a vulnerable person may hurt them selves on. I have reported to Bristol water twice, they have not responded. This has been present for over a week. I have had an email from Bristol water asking me to save water due to concerns over drought next summer, and this is contribution . Can the council escalate as well please
