Ramps have been drilled into public highway they are not only preventing drainage and unsightly and are not a replacement for a legal drop curb These Ramps are a health and safety matter and if anyone hurts or injury is caused by these illegal Ramps you as a local authority are responsible as you know and ignore so can you please deal with this issue as every day of inaction could lead to libel action towards yourselfs

Gutter is now not fit for purpose Ramps have been drilled in to main road Gutter and now are Causing flow of water to stop and begin to flood road
