Van dweller's inconsideratly parked

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8469933.

Vans dwellers are yet aging making it dangerous for elderly/vulnerable residents from the alms houses to cross the road. They are also parked on the pavement and making it dangerous for drivers coming in both directions. They are infringing upon the space outside the gates where an ambulance would need to park if a resident should become unwell.
