Has been like this for many many months. They just need cleaning so they are illuminated

The bollards have not been cleaned. The journey from Bath to Bristol have bollards outside the park and ride and they are so dirty you cannot see them until you are upon them. This is dangerous as they are too dark and it gets very narrow there.
