Vehicles being left for prolonged periods

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8482255.

Some vehicles taxed, some untaxed. It hasn't been this bad in years, now it's almost impossible for local residents to park here as vehicles are being parked up and left.
