Road and pavement being obstructing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8487633.

The large caravan now been moved from obstructing Bishopthorpe Road with 2 day removal notice on it . IS now out side Flat 171 Rodbourne Road sticking out obstructing the pavement and road. Looks like they are trying to get it into flat side garden
