Large amount of fly tip top of Slymbridge Avenue

A large amount of flytipped items have been dumped behind the refuge bin bay at the side of block 21-26 Slymbridge Avenue, there is a mixture of items including garden waste, childrens toys and various other items. These items are on Housing land so could they be removed as per BCC agreement with Bristol Waste Company.
