Flatbed truck flytipping

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8490231.

A flatbed was flytipping at 0735 on the 2nd December. I could see 1 Caucasian male. They appeared to be filling the abandoned car with rubbish
