Abandoned Car on Gatton Road

This VW Golf has not moved for six months. Its MOT has expired, so it's not legal to be on a public highway. The tyres are flat, and the door mirrors are broken. Weeds are growing where it's parked. It's currently outside number 9, Gatton Road.
