A large plank of white wood the size and shape of a door with a blue and white mechanism attached to one side of it mustve have fallen off a lorry going up brook hill this morning . I heard it but did not see it.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8492510.
It was blocking the pavement and corner opposite at topend of Upper Cheltenham Place so i ve moved it to the end of upper cheltenham place on brook hill and stood it up against the wall where I hope it will be less hazardous. No one has as yet collected it so I guess it has been abandoned as I heard it fall off a car or lorry this morning quite early..
