Damaged/missing cover

This cover has been damaged since May this year and my previous report has now closed, without any action. Surely it shouldn't take a utility company so long to replace a cover?

  • We've referred the issue externally for appropriate action to be taken, as it's not something Bristol City Council is responsible for.

  • I contacted the utility company directly after 8 months of no action. After 5 minutes of conversation with the call centre operator and him speaking to his supervisor, the problem was fixed the following day!!!
