Fly tip

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8496694.

Some disgusting person has dumped rubbish containing contents of food, plastic, cardboard. I attempted to bag it up to take to the tip, but it’s horrible to deal with, and with food waste it needs proper handling. Please can this be removed asap, as vermin will tear it apart. It’s by the side of 5 Stanford Place Inns Court (BS4 1TA).
