Bags of weed clearing left uncollected

Bcc operatives cleared Brook Road of weeds etc about a month ago. The green bags have not yet been collected, I'm assuming they've been forgotten. There are some on each side of Brook Road. This one is opposite BS16 3SL. Thank you.
