You have the ability to fix this issue You have the equipment and law on your side yet your counting ignorance speaks volumes you say this has been passed on to another department which clearly is untrue So the president that has been set is anyone can do anything they want to a public highway and you will do nothing You should rename your department we will only fix your street if we want to It is outrageous you are putting the public in harms way endorsing unlawful activities and turning a blind eye when a genuine complaint is raised shame on you
