Public path blocked with dangerous shurbs

The shrubs from house 1 Wymbush Gardens is fully overgrown on to the public path. The shrubs are thorns and have cut my children and dog, as well as ripping clothes trying to walk past. We simply can't walk past safely and so to walk around means to walk on the road, which again is not safe.
