Over grown shrubs and tress blocking public path

1 Wymbush Gardens is a corner house, on the side access it is blocking the path and so unable to walk on, this is meaning children and elderly are having to walk on the road and it is unsafe. The cause is this house however it's the road to side of house which I believe is Wymbush Cresent. Someone is going to get his by a car soon!
