Dumped rubbish

Someone has dumped a lot of rubbish outside my home and put a sign free stuff. It wasn’t there when I left for school run this afternoon but on coming back it’s there. I have a camera in my window so it’s no one from my left hand side going up the road if I was to step out it’s one of the neighbours on the right if I was coming out they left rubbish there Monday which consisted of a mattress
