This blockage continues to be a real problem for pedestrians when it rains. The blockage causes ponding at the dipped kerb where pedestrians cross. The nobbly pavers designed to help sight impaired people are submerged during rainfall. This is "Action scheduled", but this urgently needs fixing please.
