Cars constantly parking right outside gate

Cars parking right outside of our gate including on the pavement. Gap not wide enough to get a pushchair or wheelchair through and also reducing access to our property. This has been happening on and off since we move in 5 years ago but has been getting worse within the last 18 months. Yellow lines are needed as access around this end of Bifield Road is becoming impossible! If there was an emergency and emergency vehicles needed access, they would not be able to get through!
