LARGE TIMBER PALLET AND BOOK CUPBOARD blocking pavement so pedestrians have to use the road as the path is blocked.

The dumping includes a few plastic chairs, plastic bins.

We are near a primary school on Bishop Road so lots of passing families with prams and young children.

Can you help please.........
