This abandoned vehicle has been left next to the previously reported vehicle that is already in your system, but has been there for longer. It is covered in mould and weeds are growing underneath it. Tools have been left in the vehicle and I am concerned it will become a target for thieves/vandals and that other Carl’s parked nearby will also be at risk. The vehicle is untaxed and not mot’d.
