A caravan is parked on a steep street and is partially blocking the road. It is also parked close to a junction, which obscure the view for car coming out. The caravan is parked away from the pavement, which make it difficult for cars to pass. The street is also relatively steep, so the caravan has to be supported with stones to stay level and not roll. But this looks precarious, and if moved will means the caravan will roll out of control.
