Missing double yellow lines

Reported via mobile in the Damaged category anonymously at 15:27, Fri 19 December 2025

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8570911.

The double yellow lines have worn off and as a result, people are consistently parking in a way that obstructs my drive way. I have spoken to the council who have confirmed there should be double yellow lines there and it should be a no stopping at any time section of the road. This is directly outside the entrance of my property which is 369a bath rd but the entrance and drive is at the top of Edward Road. I moved in three weeks ago and someone is parked there for a portion of the day every single day. When they park there and others are parked in the available permit parking spaces, I am unable to get my car safely in or out of my driveway without incurring the risk of damaging my own or someone else’s car. This has mean I have been unable to go to work at points, have missed appointments and have been unable to park in my own driveway and so have had to find on street parking which means I risk incurring a ticket as I do not have a residents permit due to my private driveway.
