Car vandalised on the pavement

This car has been vandalised to the extent shown in the photos. It has become a serious hazard for both children and adults walking past, as broken glass is scattered around the area. The vehicle is being used daily by drug users to smoke, drink and inject drugs, which is making the area extremely unsafe. I no longer feel safe walking around my own neighbourhood. Please could this vehicle be removed as soon as possible? Thank you for your attention to this matter.
