Blocking pedestrian access

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8588137.

Unable to use pathway, pedestrians have to walk onto the road. This is a hazard for parents with young children, pushchair users and disabled access. The car is situated on a junction. . Vehicle akao has no tax and has a sticker on windscreen for over 5 weeks. Also other vehicles constantly parking on the pathway/corner of this junction, (opposite side of road)

  • I wished to report the same incident and noted that it had already been alerted/brought to your attention

    I confirm the information provided by the other service user - in essence the vehicle has been marked with an official notice confirming that the vehicle is not taxed (DVLA ?) - the vehicle is "parked" up onto the pedestrian pavement which is causing an obstruction - wheelchair or pushchair users + pedestrians are required to walk in the road to turn the corner, also sight-lines are obscured for drivers exiting perrycroft road into derham road. I also confirm that the vehicle in question has been "abandoned" at it's present location for approx 4-5 weeks
