New bollard at bottom of St Michael’s Hill knocked over and moved

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8589897.
New metal bollard at bottom of St Michael’s Hill marking the cycle lane has been knocked of and broken. Found lying on the pavement. Kerbstone next to bollard also damaged. Must have happened during Christmas Eve as was fine this morning.
