Piles of wet leaves on the pavement & blocking drains

The leaves are are causing the pavement to be very slippery when damp or wet and the pavement and gutters are piles up with leaves and litter not having been cleaned for a long time - This is all along Cotham Road and Cotham Hill. It only takes one accident for someone to be severely hurt and the counsil will be responsible as this has been reported several times by different people but nothing seems to be done about it. If you send people ot clean please make sure they clean up and don't sit in the van scrolling on thier phones!
