Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8606817.

Recycling have been in the street and dropped all the card board and plastic all over the street it looks a total bomb site it’s disgusting how they can leave it like this after they have been to so call collect recycling and leave it all over the road surely this could be classed as littering if a member of the public done this they would be fined. Missed blue bags took parts on the recycling dumped the rest on the street. 😡
