Badly damaged Enterprise hire van abandoned on private driveway - obstructing two private parking bays. Address Lodge View Apartments opposite Tesco express on Chester Park Road. Have reported to police who don’t seem to care. Please arrange towing IMMEDIATELY as residents currently unable to park in their own spaces.
