Unable to Exit our "Disabled" Bungalow No.14 using our Mobility Scooters,

I am 85 yrs old, and my Wife is 82, we cannot get our Mobility scooters out from our "Disabled" Bungalow Garden to go about our business. We have a Motabilty Vehicle on our front drive, but we are in danger of loosing our driving licences, and need daily access in and out of our Garden shed, The Scooter is too large to get in/out of the property. We have urgent Hospital appointments almost every week, and the scooters allow us to enter Southmesd Hospital with the scooters and No car parking to worry about. We would appreciate any visit to prove our complaints. Thank you.
