Large, badly damaged caravan on newfoundland road, near j3

Caravan is badly damaged, the owner has abandoned it some time ago. Strange activity around it now, people dump rubbish next to it, people try to break in, it is a risk. All other trailers here are occupied and don't cause problems. It's the longest caravan there, it has windows covered in tape/foil and a orange barrier stuck to the end.
