Blocking my mums Parking Space & access to her garage. She is 91 years old, registered partially blind and very worried about this car.

It's on my Mums drive and blocking her garage (Tennent Marina Gooch, 5 Terrell Gardens, BS5 9NY.) it is blocking access to her garage. The drivers Window of the car is wide open. This is very upsetting for her. I am her daughter Paula Fowler and I am reporting this.
