Traffic coming down one-way road in wrong direction

Vehicles consistently come down this one-way road in the wrong direction. Car at 13:54 today, 5th January. There was also another on the 3rd. The no-entry metal signs are not readily visible when driving up British Road. There is no lettering on the road. "NO ENTRY' would solve the problem. Despite this being reported numerous times and prior to the double dash lines being renewed it still fails to be addressed. Let's hope no-one gets hurt, the Council would be liable through inaction.
