Tree outside my house is overgrown and should been pollarded last year

The teee is overgrown, after a dry year I have big concerns it could impact the house foundations causing subsidence

The trees should have been pollarded last year and we need a confirmed date it will be done asap Bad weather is also a concern with potential to damage my house
