Constant Intimating outside Central Quay North apts and Sainsburys

Homeless who block the pavement outside Sainsburys all day , ever day, using the area by the fire exit outside my home , Central quay North apartments to urinate and worse. Is there anything that can be done please. I do disinfect it from time to time as the smell is dreadful.. myself and other residents are totally fed up of this behaviour and total disrespect. Many thanks
