Faded no parking zig zag and double yellow lines
Reported via desktop in the Damaged category anonymously at 15:55, Friday 9 January 2026
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8658197.
The road markings preventing cars from parking on the corner of Old Sneed Avenue & Stoke Hill, opposite the Welcome Mini Market, are faded and unclear. Cars are ignoring the faded road markings & as a result are causing traffic issues and possible danger to life for pedestrians trying to cross the road at this junction. Please re-do the White Zig Zags and Double Yellow Lines, Add proper signage outlining the fines that will be incurred for parking & enforce the parking restrictions. Thank you.

Vehicles & vans still parking on faded white zig zag lines & double yellow lines causing a bottleneck at the Old Sneed Av / Stoke Hill junction. Additionally this causes dangerous traffic blind spots for people trying to cross the road and is a particular problems for the elderly & less mobile pedestrians.
