Concrete blocks and rubbles on Swanmoor Crescent common area

Someone dumped their rubbish (building work) on the swanmoor Crescent common area. It has been there for weeks now. On side of path by 101 Swanmoor Crescent Not only it is a eye sore but it could also be a hazard for young children (children run on the common), could trip on the concrete and hurt themselves.
