Bin overflowing with dog poo bags

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8664411.

This bin is overflowing with dog poo bags. People have left them on top of it, on the pavement next to it. It's right next to a bus stop and community centre. Been like this for 1 week.
