Bin overflowing with hazardous waste

This bin on the far side of Redcatch park either needs to be emptied more regularly or removed. This is constantly the picture here which is both disgusting and toxic as people clearly can’t be bothered to walk and extra few meters. This poses a real health hazard and needs to be resolved immediately and ongoing.
