Dangerous driving need for speed bumps

People in my area (Easton: Stapleton road, St Marks road at the top of Woodborough street, and Woodborough street plus surrounding roads) frequently drive exceptionally dangerously. They speed and have little regard for pedestrians, other road users and parked cars. Our car, always parked on the pavement of Woodborough street as far off the road as possible, is frequently scraped by these inconsiderate drivers. They also cause noise disturbances due to revving etc. This happens at all hours day and night and I am extremely worried about the safety of young children, particularly as there are lots of young families in the area and Bannerman school is nearby. I strongly advise that a series of speed bumps are installed in roads in the area to deter dangerous driving which occurs even on narrow, residential roads. Thank you.
