Christmas trees and pine needles

Christmas trees have been left out blocking the pavement and attracting vermin outside number13. Also a tree left outside number 7 …which has now gone,but NO ATTEMPT has been made to clear The pine needles spread an area of over 5m and is now a slipping hazard.
