18 inch pothole as the road surface is lifting around in

The road damage is on a busy road with heavy traffic and the traffic is lifting the surface causing the pothole to grow. This pothole has been repaired before but poorly, hence the surface s lifting again. Beechwood Road is the main route to the Fishponds doctors surgery and the local shoppers carpark, as well as the community centre called Beechwood Club. All heavily used by traffic and delivery trucks etc.
