Abandoned motorbike

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8682597.

This has been on the street outside my house at 44 City Road for at least 9 months. It is fully covered over with an Oxford brand bike cover and chained at the rear wheel which is why I am unable to ascertain make, registration etc. I am worried it will be vandalised as I have seen various people walking around it.
