More and worse fly tipping in park including fridge

Someone has disposed of multiple bags of rubbish and what looks to be a freezer or a refrigerator. When is the council going to address this repeated fly tipping problem in the park? It's happening every single month and it's getting worse as the perpetrators get emboldened. We are not paying council tax to have our green spaces be turned into rubbish dumps. Please sort the core of this issue!
