Ongoing fly-tipping, overgrown vegetation, obstructive parking and severely damaged road surface at Advantage Park access road
Reported via mobile in the Flytipping category anonymously at 12:52, Wednesday 14 January 2026
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8686654.
I operate a business in this area, C&D Food Service Ltd, at Unit 2, Advantage Park, Cater Road, Bristol, BS13 7TE, and need to use this access road daily. The condition of the road is extremely poor, with multiple deep potholes and areas of failed surface across the entrance and along the access road, making it difficult and unsafe for vehicles to pass.
In addition, large vehicles are frequently parking in this area in a way that restricts the width of the road. This is affecting lorry access to our unit, and on several occasions our waste collection lorry has been unable to enter to empty our bins. This is now causing operational problems for our business.
There is also persistent fly-tipping, litter build-up and overgrown vegetation along the fence line and kerb edges. The drainage area is partially blocked with debris. These issues have been present for several months and continue to worsen.
This location has been reported several times previously, but no lasting action appears to have been taken. The current condition is affecting access for businesses, deliveries and waste collection and presents a risk to vehicles, pedestrians and general safety. I would be grateful if this could be inspected and appropriate repairs, clearance and enforcement action carried out as soon as possible.
Thank you for your assistance.
