Failure of street cleansing – incorrect closure of previous report (ref: 8683194)

Despite closure of report 8683194, Glencoyne Square and surrounding grassed areas remain at Grade C/D condition, with embedded litter, bulky waste and accumulated refuse in vegetation. This does not meet the Environmental Protection Act 1990 s.89 duty nor the Code of Practice on Litter and Refuse. This is not a request for surface litter-picking but for a proper area-based cleanse, including vegetation edges and bulky waste removal.
