Tree touching my extension roof and overhanging most of my garden

Not been pollarded in over 10 years Large sticks and branches fall into my garden when it’s windy I had to pick up and fill over 30 60lire compost sacks with leaves from it in the autumn 1 leaf alone can block up my gutters and my valley roof drainage
