Full rubbish bags not collected

Full green bags from adjacent bins were left by road, probably yesterday January 14th, they were intact at 4.15 pm. They were not collected, and by today at 10.15 am the contents was scattered over the road, probably by a fox. This would have been avoided if collected soon after they were placed there, and now street needs cleaning please, and other full bags collecting
